![]() I would also love to see 2-way audio, not just for the chat feature. Isn't necessarily a bad thing, just something I noticed. The only CON I can come up with is that the settings seem somewhat lacking - meaning that they don't offer the intricate level of control that some other apps do. They also have pretty much every single feature that the paid for, and ultra-expensive, applications do, again, for NOTHING! CONS Another huge pro is that they are CONSTANTLY updating it, not only adding new features, but they are actively listening to customer feedback and implementing fixes and patches quickly to resolve any issues. LogMeIn is a remote access tool that lets IT support staff to log in to a computer remotely, or to troubleshoot any computer-related issue for another person. So the biggest pro for CB RA has to be that the program is FREE, which is pretty amazing given the number of features they have jammed into this platform. So I'm saving thousands per year AND I have more features! PROS I was previously paying a good bit of money for one of the top 5 remote assistant programs, and as it turned out, there was no reason to because Cloud Berry's Remote Assistant has everything they did, and more. Today, we are releasing MSP360 Connect out of beta and it now becomes available for purchase. I found the Remote Assistant app right after purchasing their Desktop Backup application, and it has really reshaped how I think about what I should be paying for in a Remote Assistant application. MSP360 Remote Desktop Is the New Name for MSP360 Remote Assistant. As an admin, having that option so that I or my team can set up our own password would be beneficial. I would like to see a master password that could be used while setting up the software for unattended access so as not to need the Users PC password or the generated password. ![]() A secure repository for all RA keys linked under one account would be great also so keys would not get lost or emailed out posing a security risk. Make sure you have all the hash keys that you will need before you set up. The unattended access is great, but it does require some leg work to get going. It isn't a deal breaker, but it would be a good option to have. I prefer to have the option to minimize to the system tray on Windows. The screen refreshes roughly every 3 seconds. Remote software is never "real time," but using this to look at surveillance cameras live is difficult. There are more features coming out with each update and the software is stable, but there are a few drawbacks. I'm waiting to see how the iOS and Android apps will work once those features are updated. I like that the software is light and doesn't use much system resources while running. The features that are included work well and I have not had any issues with file transfers or the chat. Having done that, click Apply and then finally click OK.This software is very intuitive to use and fairly quick to set up. Shortly after the settings, windows will appear, whereupon you should select the By default share a specific application checkbox. Launch MSP360 Connect and under Tools, click Options. Let us demonstrate to you how you can enable the feature in the app's settings. ![]() Regardless of what case you have, MSP360 Connect has got you covered. Or perhaps you just don't want to share some sensitive information that is clearly visible on your desktop. It could be a browser window that is intended for the demonstration of a particular page or a malfunctioning app that requires the support team to directly take a look at it. Suppose you only want to share one individual application with the person who's trying to connect to your computer. Read on to learn more about the novelty and how you can take advantage of it in the latest release of our safe remote desktop client. MSP360 Connect (formerly Remote Desktop) is receiving another minor update, this time featuring a convenient small improvement - sharing individual applications.
